  • IRA Champions in 1988 and 1991
  • Varsity crews advanced to the Grand Finals of the Eastern Sprints 14 times, winning two bronze and two silver medals
  • Instrumental role in 7 year quest to build a $2.8 million boathouse
  • Established the “Ernie Arlett Shell Endowment Fund”
  • In 2000 created “Men’s Crew Competitive Enhancement Fund” and raised $375K
